The Opportunity The Manager, Land Access provides strategic oversight and advice on all matters relating to land access for VicGrid's electricity transmission projects. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Land and Property, this role leads the coordination of land access activities during project development, ensuring that project teams are supported with timely and compliant access arrangements. You will also translate complex land access requirements into effective strategies and frameworks that balance commercial, public, and private landholder interests. What you will deliver Coordinate and manage land access requirements across the Project Delivery Group to optimise program and minimise impact to landholders. Interface closely with the Landholder Engagement Team including Land Liaison Officer's and other relevant stakeholder relationship leads to negotiate access. Report progress and updates into the Project Delivery Team including Senior Project Managers and Project Director. Develop processes, systems and protocols to efficiently manage land access requirements. What you will bring Sound knowledge of the Victoria planning and approvals processes, property acquisition and land access processes, and legislation and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience with land use assessments, mapping and transmission siting activities. Demonstrated experience in land assembly for delivery of major infrastructure projects in energy or other sectors. Demonstrated relevant experience and working knowledge of land access and assembly on complex linear infrastructure projects.
