Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) World School, with modern facilities at Clyde North. It is a growing College, adding a new year level each year; our first Year 11 classes commence in 2024. CREST Education invites applications for the position of Administrator Careers working across the 2 colleges. The successful candidate will be required to carry out secretarial and administrative duties as undertake other projects as directed to support the Careers/ Pathway Coordinator. This role is part time working 15 hours per week over 2 days with standard working day from 8:10am to 4:15pm. Six weeks of annual leave applies to this role (4 weeks paid and 2 weeks unpaid). The successful candidate: is an all-rounder who will enjoy working efficiently on a range of projects and tasks is equipped with outstanding secretarial skills including word processing, data entry and document production can communicate careers information effectively with parents and students support in maintaining full VASS compliance for VM and VCE VM programs; coordinate and manage the VCE examination processes.
