I'm currently representing a senior clinical leadership opportunity supporting multiple residential aged care services across Perth. A role with real variety, autonomy and influence. I'm meeting with my client for coffee this Thursday (26th feb) to go through a shortlist of candidates who would be a strong fit. If you're interested in hearing more or being considered, make sure you reach out so we can include you in that discussion! I work closely with aged care providers across WA, and every now and then a role comes along that genuinely stands out. This is one of them. This opportunity is ideal for a senior AHPRA registered leader who wants real influence, variety, and autonomy, without being locked into a single facility. You'll operate at a strategic level across multiple sites, stepping in where you're needed most. Supporting leaders, stabilising teams, improving performance and driving quality care outcomes. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and making tangible improvements, this is the type of role that keeps you engaged long-term. Why This Role Stands Out True variety - No two weeks look the same Senior leadership exposure - Work directly with executive leaders Autonomy & trust - You'll be relied on as the expert Hybrid structure - Balance between sites and planning time Stable organisation - Well-established and respected provider Influence & impact - Your work improves entire services, not just one team Long-term growth - Clear pathway into senior operations roles This is the kind of position experienced leaders move into when they want more impact and less routine. What You'll Be Doing You'll act as a senior operational and clinical leader across multiple residential aged care services, stepping in where leadership and support are needed. This may include: Acting in senior site leadership roles when required Supporting Residential Managers and Clinical Leaders Improving systems, workflows and team performance Supporting compliance and accreditation readiness Reviewing clinical and operational performance Supporting workforce planning and staffing stability Managing complex situations and service challenges Working alongside senior leadership on key initiatives This role sits between operations and clinical leadership, making it ideal for someone who understands both. Who This Role Suits Best This role tends to suit people who: Are experienced leaders but want a new challenge Enjoy stepping into complex environments Like improving services and teams Want exposure to senior decision-making Are ready for the next level beyond Facility Manager A Note From Aoife I specialise in aged care recruitment across WA & Nationally, working closely with providers and clinical leaders in this space.
