To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit our website: www.kilcoyglobalfoods.com KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support operational HR activities, change initiatives and employee engagement Support the broader HR team and HR strategy Provide guidance to Managers and Supervisors on all HR/IR matters Provide HR insights and data to drive performance and culture Provide timely HR reporting and analysis to support partnering with Operations in developing and prioritising HR initiatives Provide support, guidance, and direction to employees in seeking HR support and/or directing them to the appropriate HR team member for assistance Provide professional, timely and seamless front-line HR support, as required Provide administrative support and liaise for HR matters, as required Assist in identifying the need for HR policy review or current policy amendment and then development, or amendment of HR policies Coach Managers to deliver performance, and support performance management processes Support employee engagement initiatives and planning Provide a consistent approach to IR/ER Investigation & management of disciplinary outcomes across the business Support HR activities for change projects which have a people impact Advise Managers on internal queries regarding HR policies/practices/procedures/legislation Involvement in implementation of proactive HR strategies and solutions across the business Support continuous improvement of HR practises Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Health & Wellbeing and Payroll departments to support business performance ABOUT YOU: To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) 3-5 years at HRBP or HR Advisor/ Officer level or similar Experience in blue collar manufacturing background (preferred) Good knowledge of IR legislation and experience in its application Able to display excellent judgement, drive, and initiative Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills Good internal and external stakeholder management (essential) Demonstrated experience in line with key responsibilities Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions Excellent Microsoft Excel skills BENEFITS Full Time employment Access to discounted premium meat.
