Based at the Origin Condabri Distribution Centre in Miles, you will drive a strong, sustainable safety culture and ensure our operations meet both Toll and customer HSE expectations. This role has a roster of 15 days on / 13 days off. More about this role: Lead HSE Culture & Systems Champion our Safety Obsessed culture by supporting leaders and providing practical safety guidance. Support the implementation and continual improvement of the Global Health Safety Environment Quality Management System (GHSEQMS) . Ensure site operations meet legislative, customer, and Toll HSE requirements. Support Regional HSE Activities Develop, review and monitor site HSE Plans aligned to Business Unit objectives. Coordinate HSE activities, communications and consultation processes with site leaders. Maintain strong customer relationships and participate in customer HSE forums. Training, Education & Communication Deliver HSE training programs across risk management, safety leadership, hazard reduction and TRAC. Develop materials and provide data for HSE meetings, toolbox talks and site communications. Audit, Assurance & Reporting Conduct site inspections, HSE audits, and first-line verification activities. Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis. Review and analyse data within the TRAC reporting system , ensuring accuracy and timely closure of corrective actions. Support emergency preparedness, business continuity planning and contractor HSE performance. General HSE Responsibilities Ensure hazards are identified, reported, and effectively managed. Provide specialist HSE and risk management advice to operational leaders. Promote safe work practices, correct PPE use and injury/illness reporting. Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation, risk registers and compliance records. About You To be successful, you will have: Experience in a similar HSE role, ideally in Oil & Gas or other high-risk industries. A strong understanding of safety legislation, risk management and methodologies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially in customer-facing environments. Confidence in coaching, influencing and guiding operational teams on proactive safety behaviour. Experience with HSE systems such as TRAC (or similar incident/hazard reporting platforms).
