Why this role matters The Salvation Army Youth Services offer an integrated suite of programs engaging with young people across Australia. Youth services provide a diverse range of programs which include housing and homelessness, driver training, education, employment, and training, AOD support, social and community activities, specialist therapeutic responses and youth justice programs. Oasis Youth Services provide safe and secure accommodation and professional support for young people who are homeless, by establishing rapport and providing individual, flexible support through a person-centred framework. About the role Based at Oasis Youth Service Crisis Accommodation in Surry Hills, this role delivers intensive case management and living‑skills support to young people at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. You’ll work collaboratively with young people to build independence, wellbeing, social connection, and pathways to education, employment, and long‑term housing. This is a permanent full‑time role (38 hours/week, Monday–Friday) within a 7am–10pm roster , with occasional weekend shifts and on‑call approximately every six weeks .
