LIV by Mirvac | Sydney Olympic Park An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Services Ambassador to join our LIV by Mirvac team, following an internal promotion. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering memorable experiences and building strong resident communities. Your opportunity As a Resident Services Ambassador, you will be the face of the asset—creating meaningful moments for residents across their entire journey, from first inspection through to move-in, day-to-day living and move-out. You’ll maintain a visible on-site presence, support leasing and retention initiatives, and help foster a connected, engaged resident community. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned to the LIV Brand Promise and Customer Charter commitments Guide residents through inspections, move-ins, orientations, ongoing support and move-outs Manage end-to-end move-in and move-out experiences, including inspections and condition reports Support leasing activities, inspections and resident retention strategies Implement and promote the Resident Community Program and on-site events calendar Conduct regular property and site inspections in line with legislative requirements Respond to resident requests, complaints and feedback, ensuring accurate logging, triage and escalation where required Maintain accurate data across systems to support insights and decision-making Support the on-site team with administration and day-to-day office operations Champion Mirvac values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture About you You are a proactive, organised and service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership to deliver positive outcomes. What you’ll bring: 3 years’ experience in asset management, hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment Demonstrated experience in high-volume customer service and administration Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve issues with positive outcomes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills High level of IT proficiency (Salesforce or StarRez experience desirable) Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and complexity Mandatory requirements Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent Licence (required) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate – mandatory Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on an ad hoc basis Life at Mirvac Mirvac is built on a culture where how we work matters.
