We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Coordinator to join the Quality and Education Division and support our aged care services in achieving safe, high‑quality and consumer‑centred care. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement across Maddocks Gardens and Commonwealth Home Support Program services. The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight The Position: The Quality Coordinator – Aged Care plays a critical role in ensuring BRHS aged care services remain accreditation‑ready at all times and continue to embed a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with leaders across Aged Care, Community Health and Allied Health, this role supports accreditation requirements, leads audit activity, monitors aged care standards, and ensures improvement actions are identified, implemented and tracked. You'll coach and support staff, strengthen capability in quality systems, and contribute to resident and consumer experience initiatives to help deliver exceptional care Why BRHS? What You Bring: Relevant health professional qualification with a minimum of five years clinical experience. Experience in quality improvement, accreditation preparation or similar quality‑focused roles. Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, staff and key stakeholders. Proven ability to analyse information, support continuous improvement, resolve problems and contribute to consumer experience and service enhancement.
