As part of our Group Supply Chain leadership team, we are seeking a Demand Planning Leader to elevate forecasting capability, lead a talented team, and drive collaboration across Sales, Operations and Customer Service. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical planning professional who enjoys building capability, improving processes and influencing commercial decisions. The Opportunity As the Demand Planning Leader , you will: Lead and maintain a best‑practice forecasting review process , combining system intelligence and sales input. Play a key role in our S&OP cycle , providing insights, reporting and multi‑level forecast reviews. Oversee and improve demand and inventory master data to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs. Coach, develop and support a high‑performing team of Demand Planners and Analysts. Partner with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, reconcile variances and support inventory and supply decisions. Drive continuous improvement, using metrics and analytics to enhance forecasting maturity. About You You will bring a blend of leadership capability, analytical strength and collaborative influence. Your background includes: 3–5 years in Demand Planning, Forecasting or S&OP . Experience with predictive forecasting tools , models or algorithms. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability. Advanced MS Excel capability and exposure to supply chain systems. Proven success leading high‑performing analytical teams . A collaborative working style with the ability to engage and influence across the business. Interest or experience in AI‑enabled forecasting is highly regarded.
