Anglicare Victoria has been asked to support families impacted by the fires. We are now hiring multiple case managers with immediate effect. This role will support our case management team that will be made up of diverse, skilled, tertiary qualified case managers who can adapt to change and pivot when a family needs you to. For a person or family impacted by grief and loss no two journey's will be the same, so we encourage those that can think broadly, through a trauma informed lens, with a strength based approach to join these newly created teams and make your mark with us. Your role: The Team Leader positions play a critical role in disaster recovery, not only by ensuring operations mobilise quickly and effectively, and coordination and communication between stakeholders, but also supporting staff working with clients experiencing multiple and complex issues. SCHCADS award level 7 Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience. Fixed term to June 30th 2027. Work in community at Harcourt and Mt Alexander. Make your base Bendigo or Kyneton.
