HR Business Partner Parramatta | Salary: $130,000 Super | Permanent The Role We are partnering with a dynamic organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a hands-on, strategic, and operational role with a strong focus on Employee and Industrial Relations. You will work closely with leaders to deliver HR solutions that enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, and support organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders to provide practical HR solutions, coaching, and guidance on ER/IR matters Support organisational change initiatives and provide input on workforce planning, organisational design, and succession strategies Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives Ensure HR compliance with legislation, modern awards, and organisational policies Collaborate with HR specialists (Talent Acquisition, WHS, Learning & Development) to align priorities and support operational initiatives Maintain HR systems and data integrity, contributing to reporting and strategic insights The Candidate: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist role, ideally with strong ER/IR exposure Hands-on operational HR experience with confidence navigating complex HR issues Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and modern awards Experience in change management, workforce planning, and HR data analysis Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ELMO HRIS is highly desirable Benefits: Permanent, full-time role in Parramatta Competitive salary $130,000 plus super Opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee experience and organisational culture Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a proactive, commercially minded HR professional ready to take ownership and make a difference, we want to hear from you.
