CONSTANT is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to support our valued retail client, located in Mudgeeraba . This role is focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment while proactively reducing stock loss and deterring anti-social behaviour through high-visibility presence and strong customer engagement. About the Role As a Retail Security Officer, you will: Provide a strong, professional security presence within store Monitor store entry/exit points and high-risk areas Deter theft and support loss prevention strategies Deliver respectful and professional customer service Liaise with store management regarding incidents or risks Complete electronic incident and shift reports Support emergency procedures if required This is an evening-focused role, ideal for candidates seeking consistent part-time hours 1700 - 2100.
