The Role Our Geelong team has an opportunity for an Industrial Architect to join us and play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across industrial and manufacturing projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys a technically focused and varied workload - from concept design and client engagement through to documentation and multidisciplinary coordination - and who takes pride in delivering practical, efficient design outcomes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working closely with engineers and specialists to deliver integrated project solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop efficient and functional concept designs for industrial and manufacturing facilities. Engage with clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into practical architectural solutions. Coordinate with engineers, stakeholders, team members and other consultants to deliver integrated project outcomes. Manage design documentation to ensure delivery to professional standards. Contribute to reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships. About You You will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering practical and effective design solutions. Architectural qualification. Demonstrated interest in industrial and manufacturing facility design. Sound knowledge of current computer-based design processes, including Revit, AutoCAD and BIM. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing demands. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous skill development.
