As a Senior Operations Manager in Mortgage Operations Servicing, you will be working within the Mortgage Operations Servicing leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering improvements to the customer lifecycle. Following a Customer Centric Design model, you will support the effective delivery of the Mortgage Operations Servicing strategy, operational automation, reporting, and digitisation requests, as well as other non-automated process improvements within Mortgage Servicing. Additionally, you will also provide strategic and operational leadership across Mortgage Operations, ensuring effective volume management, continuous improvement of SOPs, and successful delivery of transformational projects. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance innovation, efficiency, and risk management. What do I need? To be successful in this role you must be experienced in mentoring teams, with strong project delivery experience with a mortgage operations background. You must also have demonstrable experience with data extraction and analysis using Excel and PowerBi.
