We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to engage an experienced Senior UAT / Business Acceptance Delivery Lead to support a large enterprise regulatory change program entering critical delivery phases. This is a business-side delivery role, leading structured Business Acceptance and UAT across multiple releases impacting finance, risk and regulatory reporting outcomes. It is not a traditional IT PM role or execution-only testing position. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing (BAT/UAT) across regulatory releases Define acceptance strategy, scope, governance and entry/exit criteria Coordinate Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology stakeholders Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines across releases Drive defect governance, prioritisation and resolution forums Support implementation readiness and business go-live acceptance What you will bring: Proven delivery experience within financial services regulatory or risk change Strong ownership of UAT / Business Acceptance delivery Experience across complex data, finance or regulatory reporting programs Ability to operate between business stakeholders and technology teams Strong governance, planning and stakeholder engagement capability Backgrounds that align well: UAT Delivery Lead Business Acceptance Lead Regulatory Delivery Manager with UAT/BAT experience Senior BA (UAT/regulatory focus) In return, you will join a high-visibility regulatory program delivering business-critical outcomes, with strong senior stakeholder exposure and long-term program runway.
