Workforce Extensions | Scoresby have well-established manufacturing companies based in Melbourne's East & Sth East, seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers, Machine Operators, Welders & Assemblers. About the Roles: You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery & equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Operating manufacturing / production machinery, Heavy rubber Machine Operating, Brake Press, CNC & others. Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs. Monitoring output and conducting quality checks. Basic troubleshooting and reporting faults. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Manual handling and lifting as required. What We're Looking For: Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Machinery types Heavy duty rubber manufacturing, Brake Press, CNC and injection moulding or Welding -TIG, MIG and ARC -Stainless Steel or Mild Steel products. Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail. Ability to read measurements and follow instructions. Forklift licence (required in some roles). Strong work ethic and reliability.
