You'll work closely with designers, product owners and developers to translate insight into meaningful product decisions. What you'll be doing: Lead and support early-stage discovery research Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys and usability testing Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy Contribute to rapid research cycles in concept and prototype stages Your Profile 2 years' UX research experience Strong qualitative research capability (interviews, workshops, co-design) Experience working closely with product & design teams Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape research questions Clear, confident communication skills Understanding of accessibility principles Bonus: Postgraduate qualifications in UX/HCI or experience within education or learning design.
