Job Description A Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant at Summerset is more than just a cleaner. We’re looking for hardworking, caring Housekeeper/Laundry Assistants to join our warm and welcoming Cranbourne North village team. This role is all about making sure our residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. As a Housekeeper/Laundry Assistant, you'll be a key part of creating a clean, uplifting, and homelike environment for residents, their families, and fellow team members. Your day-to-day activities will include: Ensuring high-quality cleaning across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, laundry, and kitchen facilities Laundering, folding and returning residents’ clothing and linens with care and attention Labelling, mending and maintaining residents' personal laundry items Supporting infection control measures and health and safety procedures Building friendly, respectful relationships with residents and understanding their unique needs We have the following shifts available: Thursday and Friday 7am - 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 1pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm - 6pm We also have opportunities to join the team on a casual basis.
