Partnering directly with operational leaders, supporting our workforce, and shaping key moments across the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you will: Provide accurate interpretations of relevant awards to line Managers and ensure processes operate within requirements of said Award Coordinate engagement initiatives, including employee incentives and Reward & Recognition programs Support and coordinate our annual Performance Review & Development process Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for operational roles, including participation in government programs supporting overseas workers Lead the induction program on site and ensure a smooth start for every new team member Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Chris21 and TMS) and ensure strong HR governance About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels. About you You’re a proactive, solutions focused HR professional who thrives in a hands on environment. You ’ re comfortable juggling priorities, supporting leaders, and navigating the complexities of HR in a dynamic manufacturing setting. To be successful in this role you will bring: Minimum of 2 years' experience within Human Resources Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation and Modern Awards Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across the workforce Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications Experience in manufacturing/FMCG and exposure to payroll systems (highly desirable).
