What You’ll Need: Relevant RII qualifications Manual Driver Licence Construction Industry Card (White/Blue) Coal Board Medical Proven experience in operating machinery Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions What We’re Looking For: Experience working in and around active scraper fleets desirable Strong safety mindset Reliable and self-motivated attitude Team player with great communication skills Respectful, honest, and ready to lead by example Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently Why McCosker?
