The Opportunity Centennial Lodge is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our supportive aged care team on a casual basis. Key Responsibilities Delivering safe, evidencebased nursing care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards Leading and mentoring Personal Care Assistants Completing assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation accurately and on time Administering medications and treatments in line with legislation and policy Monitoring resident health and responding promptly to changes Working closely with families, GPs, allied health, and internal clinical teams Supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives Helping create a calm, respectful, residentfocused environment About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Strong clinical judgement and problemsolving skills Confidence supervising and supporting care staff Excellent communication and documentation skills A positive, flexible, residentcentred approach Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Key Requirements Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Proof of COVID19 vaccination (3 doses) Flu vaccination encouraged Ready to Make a Difference?
