We are on the lookout for a dedicated Territory Manager to embrace and drive our Breast Health portfolio in Western Australia. The Hologic Breast Health business is known for its cutting-edge technology and a portfolio synonymous with the gold standard for women’s health. The role includes both capital equipment (e.g., imaging and related systems) and the full range of breast surgery and biopsy solutions. Ambitious and driven, you will represent a leading brand and promote the use and sale of Hologic’s premium breast solutions to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. You are a strong collaborator and team player who can develop relationships with Clinicians through your technical support and product subject matter expertise. This is a real opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen and relationship building skills to own and drive results across your territory with our existing leading portfolio and new product launches. You are a natural communicator, confident with strong customer service and time management skills with an ability to function autonomously as a field-based representative, while also collaborating within the broader team. You have the ability to be flexible to your customers’ needs and are patient and supportive towards them. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed. You will have a Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Medical Science, Biomedical, Business or a related discipline) along with previous experience in both capital sales and surgical sales environments (including theatre experience). You are passionate, positive and committed to making a difference. You will need a clean driving record, a full Australian driver's license and be comfortable with travelling regularly, including regional travel. You will be eligible to live and work in Australia.
