About the Role This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to join a high-performing Kenworth and DAF truck dealership in a Dealer Principal role. Opportunities at this level seldom arise, with no Dealer Principal positions becoming available across our organisation for over 15 years. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our strong commitment to developing our people. We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute leader to drive the continued success of our Caboolture branch which is one of our top-performing truck dealerships. This role offers the opportunity to lead an established and successful branch encompassing Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration/Accounts functions, while shaping future growth, performance, and customer excellence. Reporting to the General Manager of Trucks, you will be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and strategic direction of the dealership. You will lead and develop high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
