What You’ll Do: Drive sustainable, profitable growth across Finished Goods, Dust & Slurry Management, Consumables, and Service offerings. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product expertise, integrity, and strategic account leadership. Analyse your territory, identify opportunities, and develop action plans to exceed performance targets. Support social selling strategies and build long-term customer relationships. About You: 2 years of direct selling experience in an industrial or technical environment. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and technical product knowledge. Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills. A self-starter mindset with a sense of urgency and a passion for problem-solving. CRM proficiency and a customer-first approach.
