We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Oakhill Family Centre . Oakhill Family Centre is a welcoming family hub offering high-quality childcare and early education for children from birth to five years, with Maternal and Child Health nurses on-site for added family support. Our nurturing and experienced educators partner with families to create play-based learning programs that build on each child’s interests and abilities, helping them develop essential social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills. This is a part-time fixed-term role, working 20.75 hours per week from 8:00am to 2:45pm Tuesday, 8:00am to 2:30pm Thursday, and 8:00am to 3:30pm Friday, ending on 07/03/2027. Why ECMS? About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. About the role You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
