This role brings together relationship-driven fundraising and data driven insight-led decision making, welcoming candidates with experience in fundraising, data analysis, CRM and insight management, membership services, or data-led customer and partner engagement. About the role: You will manage data integrity, generate data driven insights, create segmentation strategies, and support prospect research across donors, partners, and wider stakeholder groups. Your work will shape communication strategies, strengthen supporter experience, and enable organisational growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Ensure accurate processing of donations, pledges and supporter records across all channels. Deliver timely and compliant communications and donor records. Maintain a secure, compliant and high-quality supporter database, including data standards and privacy requirements. Provide database support, guidance and training to colleagues across the organisation. Analyse data, develop segmentation and generate insights to strengthen fundraising, campaigns and supporter engagement. Support prospect research and relationship development to grow donor, partner and bequest pipelines. Ensure compliance with privacy legislation, data protection requirements, and organisational policies at all times. Act as the Marketing and Fundraising database specialist, providing system expertise, user training, documentation, and day ‑ to ‑ day support. Enable effective fundraising appeals, campaigns and communication initiatives through targeted segmentation, performance reporting, and insights. Skills And Experiences About You: Strong experience in database and data management, ideally in fundraising, CRM, member engagement, or not ‑ for ‑ profit environments. Proven capability in segmentation, analytics, and reporting. A strong understanding of data security, confidentiality, and access management. The ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights that support strategy and decision ‑ making. Excellent communication skills, with confidence providing training and support to others. Knowledge of privacy and data protection legislation and its practical application. Curiosity, collaboration, and a solutions ‑ focused mindset, with a desire to use data to enhance supporter and stakeholder experience.
