About the Role The Legal Support Officer provides high-level administrative and operational support to a legal team responsible for managing complex, high-profile, and sensitive legal matters. This role ensures efficient management of legal workflows, compliance with record-keeping requirements, and smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate administrative and business support across legal and office functions. Assist with the coordination and management of legal matters, internal procedures, and precedents databases. Prepare reports, including performance, financial, and trend analyses. Support financial processes, including budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and billing. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, manage actions, and facilitate internal communications. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support case preparation. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Selection Criteria / Requirement Experience in a Senior Legal Support, Legal Secretary or Paralegal role is required. Proven experience in legal administration, document management, and drafting correspondence. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgement. Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide solutions-oriented support. Additional Information Occasional work outside standard hours may be required.
