About the Role Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Managing a high volume of incoming customer calls Providing outstanding customer service and problem resolution Making outbound calls to follow up on deliveries Responding to urgent order requests via phone and email Accurately processing a high volume of customer orders Checking stock availability with operations Investigating and resolving customer complaints This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
