Responsibilities Content Creation Concept, film and edit platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Plan and execute cross-platform content calendars Create short-form video and storytelling-led content aligned with brand tone Manage publishing, scheduling and community engagement Strategy & Growth Stay across emerging trends and creator communities Adapt trends to align with brand identity Drive engagement, brand awareness and community growth Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns and launches Paid & Performance Develop organic-style creative for paid social Test and optimise content with performance teams Track KPIs and refine strategy based on insights Experience Required 2-4 years' experience in social media, digital content or creative marketing Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video culture Confident filming, editing and publishing content end-to-end Strong visual eye with an understanding of mood, aesthetics and storytelling Understanding of how organic content supports paid performance Organised, proactive and commercially aware Alignment with sustainability and purpose-led brands Application Process If you are interested in this opportunity, please click the appropriate link to apply.
