They are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager who wants the exciting opportunity to relocate from Australia to Bali and take ownership of global collaborations, influencer strategy, and brand-defining events. Responsibilities Partnerships & Growth Lead global partnerships across brand collaborations, influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors Identify, secure and negotiate high-impact partnerships (including contracts, usage rights and deliverables) Manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring measurable outcomes across brand equity and revenue Events & Brand Experience Conceptualise and deliver brand activations, launches, retreats and community events Oversee budgets, vendors, logistics and execution Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and amplification Leadership Lead and develop a small team Build scalable processes and report on performance and ROI Experience Required 5 years' experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or events Background in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or purpose-led brands is highly regarded Proven experience managing large-scale, high-profile partnerships end-to-end Strong negotiation skills with talent and agents Deep understanding of contracts, usage rights, and campaign structures Experience leading and developing a team Highly organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Application Process If you are interested in this opportunity, please click the appropriate link to apply.
