As Future Student Advisor, you’ll be on the front lines of student recruitment—guiding prospective students from enquiry to enrolment in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, convert leads, and play a critical role in hitting enrolment targets. Day to Day Responsibilities Use Salesforce CRM to manage, nurture, and convert warm leads from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Apply a consultative sales approach via phone, SMS, campus tours, and email to assess student needs and guide enrolment decisions. Clearly explain course offerings, entry requirements, and enrolment procedures to prospective students Maintain a large and dynamic pipeline across current and future intakes, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping. Support prospective students throughout the enrolment journey, providing clear communication and tailored guidance at each stage. Work collaboratively with, onboarding, conversions, and support teams to facilitate a seamless student experience. Assess prospective students against entry requirements while prioritising enrolment outcomes and conversion opportunities. Review applicant eligibility with a focus on progressing qualified prospects through to enrolment. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Support students through final enrolment to achieve successful conversion outcomes. Complete daily administrative tasks while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records. Work collaboratively within the team to meet organisational targets and uphold the university’s mission and values. What is on offer in this role? This role is a permanent full-time role, providing great hybrid opportunities for the right candidate This role offers a base salary plus super plus an uncapped commission plan that will increase based on your commitment and achievements. (i.e up to 70K base salary super uncapped commissions (average OTE of around 120K per year) ) What is this role about? Sales-Focused Application Management – The Future Student Advisor is responsible for assessing applicant eligibility and actively managing prospective students through the end-to-end enrolment journey, with a clear focus on converting leads into enrolled students. Providing Exceptional Customer Service – This role involves engaging with prospective students, providing information, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the enrolment process, all while delivering a high level of customer service to drive conversions. Phone and Event-Based Engagement – A key part of the role is to engage with prospects through phone calls and events such as campus tours, open days, and information sessions to build relationships, answer questions, and increase enrolment rates. Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports – The advisor ensures all applicant data, supporting documents, and reports are accurately recorded and updated in the system, enabling efficient lead management and tracking throughout the sales cycle. Collaborating to Achieve Sales Targets – As part of a broader team, the advisor works towards meeting enrolment targets and conversion goals, actively participating in sales activities like follow-up calls and event participation to drive student enrolments. The ideal candidate will have: Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Relevant industry and experience in Sales/Education Sales within the HE/VET sector (advantageous). Sales and Target Achievement: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment targets, with a focus on sales-driven outcomes. Strong Communication and Engagement Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills for engaging with prospective students and stakeholders. Technical Proficiency : Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and Excel, and competence in using CRM systems like Salesforce.
