The right candidate will be responsible for: Maintain walls, ceilings, and other surfaces by applying coatings and paints; Apply paint by spraying, brush, and roller; Cover roofs with layers of roofing feel or asphalt strips before installing tile, slate, or composition materials; Monitor material inventory and cost-effectively buy painting materials (e.g., paint, brushes, drop cloths); Prepare walls, cabinets, siding, fences, and other surfaces for painting projects (e.g., scraping, sandpapering, paint removal); Repair cracks, dents, holes, and other minor surface damage with putty or plaster before painting; Mix paint colors to achieve the correct color and texture; Maintain a clean, tidy work area on job sites; Load and unload tools and equipment from work vehicles; About you: At least 3 years of experience as a Painter; Strong attention to detail; Strong knowledge of painting tools; Excellent communications and team working skills; Job type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $85,000
