About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team and take ownership of end to end tendering across a diverse range of construction projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technical detail, strategic thinking, and leading others. Key Responsibilities Manage the full tender process from initial review to final submission Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Prepare BOQs (Cubit) and coordinate subcontractor pricing Deliver internal tender presentations and handovers Mentor and support a small estimating team Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Skills & Experience Senior Estimator experience within construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, BCA and Australian Standards Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tenders * Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Culture Collaborative, hands-on and client-focused - the team values clear communication, practical problem solving and mutual support across trades.
