About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home-like and boutique aged care home, providing care and accommodation for 45 residents in a comfortable and safe environment.
