We’re looking for a driven professional with a passion for service excellence and proven experience managing direct claims within the building and construction industry . In this role, you’ll be responsible for the front-end claims process , ensuring end-to-end visibility of claim progression, performance against KPIs, and—most importantly— exceptional communication throughout the entire claim lifecycle .
