Senior Project Manager - Business Systems | NSW Government Program We are partnering with a NSW Government organisation to engage an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a high-profile, business-critical systems project with immovable delivery milestones. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of a candidate-facing digital capability , involving enhancement of an existing bespoke application, delivery of a front-end portal, and multiple system integrations. The focus is on business processes and business systems , rather than infrastructure. You will manage delivery across internal and vendor teams in a hybrid Agile environment , oversee testing and service transition, and operate within a broader enterprise program with strong governance and scrutiny. Key details Daily rate: $750 - $940 super (ex GST) Contract: Through to 30 June 2027 Location: NSW (hybrid working) Environment: Complex, regulated government program with fixed deadlines Key requirements Proven experience delivering complex software and digital projects in government Strong vendor, budget, risk and dependency management capability Hands-on project controls and governance experience Excellent stakeholder engagement skills in high-pressure environments Must be politically neutral and able to meet probity and criminal record check requirements
