In this pivotal leadership role, you will be entrusted with advancing the College’s Catholic mission by providing strong spiritual, educational, and strategic leadership within our Primary Campus community. Working in partnership with the Principal and College leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment grounded in Gospel values. You will lead a vibrant primary school community where student wellbeing, faith formation, and academic excellence are central. With a strong focus on pastoral care and contemporary learning, you will ensure every child is known, valued, and supported to grow as a confident, curious, and compassionate learner. Through collaborative leadership, you will foster a culture of belonging, professional excellence, and continuous improvement, supporting both students and staff to thrive Key Responsibilities Provide visible and authentic leadership that promotes and strengthens the Catholic identity, ethos, and mission of the College. Lead excellence in teaching and learning across the Primary Campus, with a strong focus on explicit instruction, evidence-based practice, and the effective use of student data, including NAPLAN, to inform improvement. Champion equity and inclusion, ensuring all students, particularly those with disability or diverse learning needs, are supported to access high-quality learning and achieve their full potential. Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional school culture through effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building with students, staff, families, and the wider College community. About You Has a deep understanding of contemporary learning and teaching practices, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Values collaboration and has a proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
