About the Role You will work alongside another team member to provide 1:1 person‑centred active support to a male participant living with multiple and complex mental health challenges. Your role is to build trust, safety and routine while supporting him to grow in independence and confidence. Your responsibilities include: Supporting daily routines and skill-building as she transitions into community living Responding to emotions and behaviours of concern with compassion, consistency and professionalism Encouraging independence through, community access, goings for drives, fun activities and more Implementing Behaviour Support Plans and contributing to safety and risk assessments Promoting dignity, choice, empowerment and hope in every interaction Who We’re Looking For You bring a calm, grounded presence and a genuine commitment to supporting people with complex mental health needs.
