The Role We are seeking a creative and agile Content Creator to join the Communications team in a permanent part-time role (3 days per week). This is a production-focused role for someone who works end-to-end. From capturing professional-quality photography and short-form video across Club events and sport, through to editing, publishing and reviewing performance. You will be behind the camera and in the edit suite, creating engaging, polished digital content for social, website and newsletters. This is not a strategy marketing role, it is for someone who enjoys being on the ground, capturing moments in real time and turning them into compelling visual stories. Working closely with the Communications Manager and wider team, you will contribute to content planning, support broader communications activity and step in across the team where required. Flexibility is essential, including occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage. Key Responsibilities Capture and edit short-form video content across events, sport and Club activities Produce high-quality photography to support digital communications Create fast-turnaround event recap content Plan, schedule and publish content across social and digital channels Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to refine content performance Support communications campaigns and content coordination Assist with basic visual design and short-form copy Collaborate with Events, Membership and Hospitality teams to capture timely content Skills & Experience Video editing and photography capability Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content Confidence working with professional equipment such as DSLR cameras Experience publishing content across digital platforms Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated confidence with using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. InDesign, Photoshop) Basic graphic design capability using Canva (desirable) Experience in content analytics, graphic design tools or communications environments is advantageous but not essential.
