As a Workplace Services Officer, you will play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and safe environment that enables our people to do their best work. You will support the smooth delivery of building and workplace operations, with a can-do attitude, ensuring people have what they need to support different ways of working. In this onsite client facing role, you will build strong relationships across the organisation and with external service partners - engaging through face-to-face interactions, phone calls and email to deliver exceptional service and support. You'll think on your feet and go the extra mile to find solutions to enable a positive and productive workplace experience. This role may also involve some physical tasks such as organising workspace areas and safely moving or rearranging furniture and supplies. As the role provides site-based support, you will be required to work onsite during business hours.
