The key duties of the position include We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Developer and Application Shared Services Batch Run team in the Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area. As an IT Mainframe Batch Support Administrator, you will prepare batch schedules and coordinate the execution of ATO wide batch requests across various environments. You'll provide batch service support and action requests to support ATO system teams. You'll assist with incident analysis, investigate batch problems and seek improvements to deliver improved batch application run streams. You will provide technical advice and support, collaborating with diverse business partners on various issues and solutions. You'll also seek new and innovative ways to deliver quality technical outcomes. This role may require participation in after-hours work to address real time issues. Candidates should be prepared to work outside standard bandwidth hours, including up to 9:00pm during peak release periods, to support legislative changes and ensure successful project delivery.
