The key duties of the position include As the initial Digital ID Regulator, the ACCC will be responsible for: Accrediting entities providing digital identity services. Approving entities to participate in the Australian Government Digital ID System. Undertaking compliance monitoring and enforcement activities for non-privacy aspects of the Digital ID System. In the Digital Delivery Branch you will work with a high-impact team contributing to a critical component of Australia's digital transformation. The Digital Delivery Branch looks for individuals who are passionate about supporting the needs of Australians through trust, inclusivity and choice through digital ID services. As part of the ACCC, you will be working with a diverse team of professionals with knowledge in digital ID systems, cyber security, data privacy, software development, policy and compliance, user experience design, and project management. In delivering the Digital ID Program, you'll be working in a culture of innovation and problem-solving in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Given the sensitive nature of the work, privacy and security considerations. The Digital Delivery Branch adopts a matrix-style structure to benefit from cross-functional project delivery, increased project focus and consistency, and agility. The Digital Delivery Branch is split into four distinct functions: Architecture and Cyber Security, Product Development, Technology Development, and Operations, Data and Delivery. This role will be in the Operations, Data and Delivery Team, which is focused on run and operational activities. Operations, Data and Delivery provide three discreet capabilities; data analysis, technology operations and delivery management. The Operations function is focused on incident, change and service management, ensuring support is provided to our systems and system users. The Data function is focused on translating data into insights and using this data to drive operational optimisation. And finally, the delivery function looks to enable the successful implementation of solutions to production via best practise delivery methodologies. What you will do as a Senior Delivery Officer: As a Senior Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of the Digital Identity technology solution. This role entails collaborating with stakeholders, managing project activities, and ensuring the digital platform is implemented according to requirements and within defined timelines. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, industry expertise, and leadership abilities to make a significant impact on our business operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, allocating resources, and planning tasks related to the delivery of the Digital ID technology solution. • Supporting the Delivery Manager/s to implement best practise delivery methodologies across the Digital Delivery branch. • Overseeing and facilitating the feature teams delivery lifecycle, including regular planning, execution, monitoring, and coordination of activities related to the delivery of the Digital ID technology solution. • Providing performance oversight for the development of the technology solution including regular reporting against timelines and KPIs.
