We are seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to work on the Hyden Wind Farm Project , operating John Deere graders for final trim works. This is a long-term employment opportunity with a leading civil engineering firm specialising in wind farm construction globally. You’ll be part of a team delivering cutting-edge renewable energy projects while working with modern, well-maintained equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate graders for final trim works using GPS/UTS systems (Trimble or Topcon) Maintain high standards of equipment care and safety compliance Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines and quality standards Use smartphone apps for site reporting and communication Comply with ongoing drug & alcohol testing and pre-employment medical requirements Successful Applicants will have: 5 years Final Trim Operating experience Proven GPS / UTS Grading experience 10 years in civil construction High standard of equipment care Strong commitment to safety and compliance confidence using smartphone apps Ability to pass ongoing drug & alcohol testing, thorough pre-employment medical & gain Satisfactory National Police Clearance Tickets & Qualifications Current HR Driver's License (minimum) Relevant Operating Ticket (RIIMPO324) Cert III in Civil Construction (highly regarded) Current or willingness to obtain a Commercial Drivers Medical from GP Successful Applicants will receive: Work with the latest-model, well-maintained graders with low hours Weekly pay - New Camp facilities Flexible Swings available Option to join next 4 Projects (2-4 years’ worth of work) Be a part of the Green Energy Transition Interstate candidates will be "considered".
