The role They are seeking to appoint a professional, proactive and customer-focused administrator on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, and supporting the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for general administration and client-focused activities to ensure smooth process and on-time delivery. Process sales orders, purchase orders, freight quotations, and associated data entry in line with the order management process. Monitor progress of client orders to ensure all milestones and requirements are achieved. Arrange and coordinate both international and domestic logistics to meet contractual commitments. Liaise with shipping agents to ensure timely shipment departures and arrivals. Maintain accuracy across quotes, orders, and shipping documentation. Prepare purchase orders and delivery documentation. Review supplier invoices and confirm receipt of goods. Respond to all customer enquiries promptly and professionally. Continually review systems and processes to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
