About the Role As an In-Work Support Consultant , you’ll support people with disability, injury, or health conditions as they settle into new employment. You’ll be their go‑to person — helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and stay connected to meaningful work. Location: Chermside QLD What you’ll be doing Providing regular phone and face‑to‑face support to participants in ongoing employment Helping individuals overcome workplace challenges and celebrating their achievements Identifying barriers and offering practical, solution‑focused support Coordinating training, resources, and services tailored to each participant’s needs Managing your caseload with professionalism and accuracy Maintaining clear records, meeting performance goals, and contributing to continuous improvement Every conversation you have and every challenge you help someone overcome makes a lasting difference.
