We are seeking a Contract Trainer & Assessor to deliver impactful, compliant and industry-relevant training across face-to-face and virtual environments. This role offers flexibility, with remote delivery and assessment marking, plus travel to client sites for in-person sessions when required. About the Role As a Contract Trainer & Assessor, you will develop, deliver and assess nationally recognised training programs in alignment with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, ensuring quality, compliance and strong learner outcomes. You will deliver through: Face-to-face training Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) Assessment of eLearning submissions Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare engaging training and assessment sessions Deliver training aligned to approved training and assessment strategies Conduct fair, valid, current and sufficient assessments Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement Participate in validation activities and internal/external audits Maintain professional development and industry currency Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials Build and maintain strong industry and educational networks
