About the Role Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and driving excellence in service delivery? We’re looking for an Employment Services Quality Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards across our employment services programs. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that safeguard compliance, enhance operational practices, and promote continuous improvement. You’ll conduct audits, review processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and SSI’s Service Delivery Model. Your responsibilities will include developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), preparing for external audits and accreditations, and supporting organisational readiness for compliance checks. You’ll also provide guidance and training to staff, helping embed a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organisation. The Employment Services Quality Specialist will required to work in the office 5 days a week, the location for this role is flexible across our offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. About You You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments. You bring: A degree or diploma in Quality Management, Public Administration, Social Services, Business, or a related field. Experience in audits, compliance checks, and quality assurance within employment services or similar sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. Knowledge of government policy, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to foster collaboration and transparency. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain audit readiness at all times.
