Introduction About this role The Logistics and Packaging Coordinator plays a vital role at our Shepparton site, ensuring that products are packaged with accurate documentation for transit within Australia and international markets. This is a hands-on role, requiring a person that is highly organised and detail orientated and a good communicator. Description Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers the duties include: Order fulfillment management requiring the monitoring of production schedules Providing accurate shipment updates to Project Managers; Managing transportation requirements; Designing container layouts to maximise space and meet order requirements; Accurate completion of export/import documentation, and Tracking shipments so to update Project Managers Skills & Experience 2-4 years experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping or export/import. Relevant qualification preferred, e.g. frontline management, supply chain, logistics etc. Industry experience in a similar position essential. Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience. SAP B1 experience advantageous. Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
