About the Roles Customer Service Officer Roster: Full-time, across 7 days, between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service over the phone. Focus on “one call” resolution, connect customers to appropriate services, and complete administration tasks. Contribute to a positive customer experience by linking customers to expert services. What We’re Looking For Outstanding Customer Service Skills – proven experience in delivering exceptional service. Great Communicator – excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-Savvy – intermediate computer literacy and ability to use various software. Highly Organised – able to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive & Approachable - a friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements: A current Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups (less than 12 months old upon commencement).
