About the role: Advise on a broad range of corporate M&A transactions; Work on M&A, equity, FIRB, ACCC, corporate matters . Ideally with expertise to be able to lead transactions for new site openings with the aim of external counsel with property, ACCC & FIRB experience Supporting corporate governance, structuring and strategic initiatives; The ideal candidate: Have 6 years PQE and have a corporate and commercial background gained in private practice or in-house. Healthcare, life sciences or regulated industry experience (highly regarded). Commercial, pragmatic and confident advising senior stakeholders.
